Base Salary
$170k - $245k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build Elicit into an indispensable product for researchers.
- Own the development and shipping of features on a weekly basis.
- Work on a mix of known features, prototypes, and exploratory projects.
- Maintain high quality standards for user experience and system performance.
- Contribute to discussions around UX, system design, and architecture.
Requirements
- Strong technical skills in automated tests, CSS, HTML, JavaScript, React, and TypeScript.
- A few years of professional experience in software development and complex web apps.
- Above-average communication skills for collaboration with stakeholders.
- Experience or exposure to working with language models and asynchronous code.
- A passion for craftsmanship and joy in your work.
