Responsibilities
- Define the scope of platform services and establish a robust Delivery Readiness Framework.
- Create service readiness criteria, operational documentation, and enablement assets.
- Ensure alignment of product services with product releases and engineering roadmaps.
- Act as the liaison between Product Engineering and Advanced Services for operational readiness.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives using automation and standardization.
- Manage and mentor Platform Services Engineers while collaborating with stakeholders.
Requirements
- Strong experience in product engineering, infrastructure, or cloud environments.
- Understanding of product lifecycle and operational service design.
- Experience in building automation and standardized operational processes.
- Familiarity with enterprise products such as storage, cloud, and virtualization.
- Proficiency in scripting or automation tools like Terraform and Python.
- Ability to design scalable and repeatable service models.
