Responsibilities
- Work on impactful customer technical projects including building reference architectures and production-grade MVPs.
- Guide customers in implementing transformational big data projects and 3rd party migrations.
- Consult on architecture and design to facilitate customer understanding and adoption of Databricks.
- Provide escalated support for customer operational issues.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure delivery of engagement components.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience with Big Data Technologies such as Apache Spark™, Kafka, and Data Lakes.
- Proficient in coding with Python or Scala.
- Experience in managing technical project delivery, including scope and timelines.
- Strong documentation and white-boarding skills.
- Experience in client interaction and conflict management.
- Willingness to travel to customers 20-30% of the time.
- Databricks Certification is a plus.
