Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, marketing, and other teams to contribute to business and engineering-platform outcomes.
- Identify opportunities and oversee complex multi-phase projects across multiple teams and platforms from concept through implementation.
- Build features across backend, frontend, and mobile stacks.
- Optimize web applications for performance, scalability, and code quality.
- Mentor engineers on technical judgment and product judgment.
- Support Brand pillar teams with short-term execution and long-term strategy.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience.
- Proficiency in at least one of Java, Kotlin, or JavaScript.
- Comfort with agentic coding tools.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, TypeScript, React, Next.js, and related frameworks or libraries.
- Experience driving product improvements end to end, including determining which problems to solve and how to solve them.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering, or equivalent industry experience.
- Strong product sense, curiosity, and interest in using technology to solve customer problems.
