Base Salary
$160k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own delivery of key product and technology initiatives across design, specification, development, testing, and launch.
- Build readable, high-quality software for web applications and cloud services.
- Investigate, prototype, and deliver innovative solutions throughout the technology stack.
- Develop bulk ingestion pipelines and data analytics services.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, marketing, data science, and other engineers.
- Define and drive adoption of best practices for modern web applications and cloud services.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
- 8+ years of backend development experience.
- Experience with Claude or other AI tools.
- Experience with one or more JavaScript frameworks, Java, or Python.
- Experience developing on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Strong experience with relational or NoSQL database systems and pub/sub systems such as Kafka, AWS SNS, or Azure EventHub.
- Experience working at a high-growth startup or technology company.
