Responsibilities
- Contribute to designing and developing AI agents integrated into live systems.
- Build and maintain benchmark datasets for evaluating AI performance.
- Implement, test, and optimize backend services using Python or Go.
- Collaborate with senior engineers on system design, multi-agent orchestration, and deployment.
- Participate in code reviews, debugging, and documentation.
- Work in a mentored team environment focused on knowledge sharing and hands-on learning.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Practical programming experience with at least one of Python, Go, TypeScript, or a similar language.
- Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, version control, and software engineering principles.
- Familiarity or working knowledge of an AI agent framework such as OpenClaw, hermes-agent, LangChain, CrewAI, or AutoGen.
- Interest in AI, data-driven systems, and building tools for real-world applications.
- Good communication skills and willingness to learn quickly.
- Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, tools built on AI models, multi-agent systems, or agent orchestration is preferred.
- Familiarity with Docker, cloud platforms, or machine learning is a plus.
