Responsibilities
- Assist with ServiceNow platform administration, configuration, and development.
- Support ITSM processes including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Knowledge Management.
- Configure forms, fields, UI Policies, Client Scripts, Business Rules, and access controls under supervision.
- Develop and maintain Service Catalog items, Record Producers, workflows, and low-code applications using ServiceNow App Engine Studio.
- Create tables, forms, workflows, and business logic based on project requirements.
- Participate in system testing, troubleshooting, defect resolution, platform support, upgrades, patch testing, releases, and deployments.
- Assist with integrations and API-based connectivity between ServiceNow and other applications.
- Prepare technical documentation, user guides, knowledge articles, and support materials.
- Participate in requirements gathering, solution workshops, project discussions, and process-improvement initiatives.
- Follow ServiceNow development standards, governance processes, and best practices while collaborating with project teams.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Basic understanding of programming, software development, information systems, or related IT concepts.
- Analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, communication, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Interest in enterprise applications, workflow automation, low-code development, cloud technologies, and digital transformation.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, learn new technologies, manage assigned tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, databases, data modeling, REST APIs, or system integration is advantageous.
- Exposure to ServiceNow navigation, forms, lists, users, groups, roles, administration, or configuration is advantageous, but prior ServiceNow experience is not required.
