Responsibilities
- Design, prototype, and develop internal applications, backend services, enterprise integrations, and workflow automations.
- Build AI-enabled workflows using language models, prompts, retrieval, tools, APIs, structured data, and human approval controls.
- Integrate solutions with IT service platforms, telemetry sources, knowledge repositories, and internal APIs.
- Write readable, modular, tested code; participate in code reviews; and maintain technical documentation.
- Evaluate AI solutions for correctness, relevance, reliability, safety, latency, and operational impact.
- Support deployment, monitoring, and incident investigation using logs, metrics, and traces.
- Use approved GenAI tools for coding, research, documentation, and testing while reviewing their outputs.
Requirements
- Pursuing a degree, diploma, ITE qualification, or equivalent in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related discipline.
- Practical programming experience in Python or another mainstream language through coursework, projects, internships, or equivalent work.
- Understanding of version control, modular design, debugging, and automated testing.
- Working knowledge of APIs, HTTP, JSON, databases, and SQL.
- Foundational knowledge of LLMs, prompting, embeddings, retrieval-augmented generation, and model evaluation.
- Experience engaging with AI tools and emerging technologies to improve productivity and workflows.
- Ability to investigate system behavior using logs, metrics, or traces and document findings in a structured way.
- Experience deploying code to at least one cloud environment such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
