Responsibilities
- Support the team in building AI prototypes and proof-of-concepts using Python, AWS AI services, and Generative AI tools.
- Help develop and test AI assistants, knowledge-based tools, and workflow solutions.
- Assist with testing, debugging, and documenting solutions.
- Research AI tools, trends, and use cases and share practical ideas.
- Collaborate with engineers and business users to identify ways AI can improve productivity and service experience.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Diploma in Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Data Analytics, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Cyber Security, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of Python or programming concepts and willingness to continue learning.
- Interest in AI, Generative AI, cloud technology, automation, or digital solutions.
- Curious and positive attitude with confidence to ask questions, try new ideas, and learn from feedback.
- Good communication and teamwork skills and a responsible approach to working in a trusted financial services environment.
