Responsibilities
- Design and develop production AI agents for Sierra’s customers.
- Contribute to shipping features and learn from real-world AI agent use cases at scale.
- Work directly on customer-facing AI agent systems.
Requirements
- Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or a related field.
- Demonstrated technical problem-solving ability in fast-changing and ambiguous environments.
- Builder and tinkerer mindset with initiative to overcome obstacles and ship.
- Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Intern program eligibility for students graduating December 2027 through June 2028.
- Preferred: experience building or deploying AI or LLM systems in production.
- Preferred: familiarity with evaluation frameworks, agent tooling, RAG pipelines, and prompt engineering.
- Preferred: prior experience with React, TypeScript, and/or Go.
