Responsibilities
- Design and develop applications, services, data pipelines, or automation solutions aligned with the assigned engineering track.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers to clarify requirements and translate them into scoped technical work.
- Participate in code and design reviews and apply feedback to improve quality, maintainability, and security.
- Document technical designs, application logic, system components, and relevant data flows.
- Investigate bugs, performance issues, and production incidents and work with engineers on resolution.
- Use approved AI tools for code exploration, testing, documentation, or analysis and review their outputs for accuracy.
Requirements
- Pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- No prior professional experience is required; skills may be demonstrated through coursework or projects.
- Working proficiency in at least one of Java, Python, C++, JavaScript, Swift, or Kotlin.
- Understanding of data structures and algorithms and their application to technical problems.
- Familiarity with software development practices, Git, and writing or running tests.
- Ability to explain technical approaches and document relevant information in code reviews or project documentation.
- Experience engaging with AI tools and emerging technologies to improve productivity, workflows, or ideas.
- Preferred qualifications include experience with backend frameworks, databases, frontend technologies, data modeling, SQL, ETL, data warehousing, distributed computing frameworks, or AI tools in code and design reviews.
