Base Salary
$194k - $352k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build the closed-loop measurement layer for agent output evaluation.
- Develop the autoresearch loop for unattended experiments.
- Design the isolation and permissioning model for agents in production.
- Create agent-powered tooling across the engineering lifecycle.
- Enhance the capabilities of existing agent systems with new features.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience or 4+ with a Master's.
- Deep understanding of LLM research and training processes.
- Experience with LLM-based agent systems in production.
- Strong backend and distributed systems background.
- Proficient in Python and familiar with Go, C++, or Rust.
- Hands-on experience with ML training or research infrastructure.
- Familiarity with agent architecture patterns and open tool-integration protocols.
