Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy APIs and integration solutions using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform and Mule 4.
- Implement API-led connectivity through System APIs, Process APIs, and Experience APIs.
- Develop RESTful APIs and integrate SOAP web services, databases, enterprise applications, and third-party systems.
- Build Mule applications with Anypoint Studio and perform data transformation using DataWeave 2.0.
- Configure error handling, logging, exception management, retry mechanisms, API security, authentication, and authorization.
- Deploy and manage Mule applications across CloudHub, CloudHub 2.0, Runtime Fabric, and on-premises environments.
- Create unit and integration tests using MUnit and participate in code reviews.
- Troubleshoot integration issues, conduct root cause analysis, and support production deployments.
- Participate in requirements analysis, technical design, effort estimation, and cross-functional delivery.
- Prepare API specifications, technical documentation, deployment guides, and support documents.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform and Mule 4.
- Strong knowledge of API-led connectivity, enterprise integration patterns, and DataWeave 2.0.
- Experience developing REST APIs, integrating SOAP web services, and connecting databases and external systems using MuleSoft connectors.
- Experience with Anypoint Studio, API Manager, Runtime Manager, Anypoint Exchange, and MUnit.
- Understanding of API security, OAuth 2.0, TLS/SSL, authentication, authorization, and client ID enforcement.
- Experience with application deployment, monitoring, logging, and troubleshooting.
- Basic understanding of Git, Maven, CI/CD pipelines, and version control.
- Knowledge of JSON, XML, HTTP protocols, and SQL.
