Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end administration of Jira and Confluence.
- Manage user permissions, workflows, and configurations.
- Design and implement scalable solutions and workflows.
- Customize Jira using ScriptRunner, Automation, and REST APIs.
- Act as the technical lead for Atlassian tools.
- Define best practices, standards, and governance.
- Drive continuous improvement and reduce technical debt.
- Troubleshoot and support users with complex issues.
- Collaborate with engineering and business stakeholders globally.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, JSM).
- Strong expertise in Jira administration, workflows, and permissions.
- Advanced knowledge of JQL and system optimization.
- Experience with ScriptRunner, Jira Automation, and REST APIs.
- Solid understanding of system integrations and database concepts.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Good understanding of Data and AI usage.
