Base Salary
$210k - $260k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and delivery of high-priority AI initiatives from prototype to production.
- Rapidly ramp into new systems and drive execution with minimal guidance.
- Incubate new product ideas in areas like contract AI and intelligent workflows.
- Collaborate with product, design, and legal experts to turn customer needs into products.
- Raise the engineering bar through strong technical judgment and execution.
- Identify and close organizational or technical bottlenecks.
- Mentor other engineers through leadership and code reviews.
- Help shape Ironclad's approach to modern AI systems.
Requirements
- Significant experience in building and shipping production software in fast-paced environments.
- Strong track record of leading ambiguous, cross-functional efforts.
- High agency and ownership with a bias to action.
- Excellent collaboration skills and low ego.
- Strong software engineering fundamentals, especially in backend and distributed systems.
- Experience building AI-powered product features or platforms.
- Familiarity with modern LLM application patterns.
- Comfort using AI coding tools while maintaining engineering rigor.
