Responsibilities
- Design, develop, maintain, upgrade, and deploy MES solutions using DELMIA Apriso and SCADA platforms.
- Integrate MES with ERP systems such as SAP and shopfloor systems including PLCs, DCS, and OPC servers.
- Perform code reviews, develop test cases, and conduct stress and performance testing.
- Own MES delivery from solution design through deployment and migration.
- Collaborate with global offshore and nearshore teams while ensuring SLA and KPI compliance.
- Support ITIL service processes, service continuity plans, release management, knowledge transfer, and issue prevention.
- Provide global rotational support and participate in client interactions and potential on-site workshops.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience is required; the posting also cites at least 4 years in MES, manufacturing IT systems, or industrial automation.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related engineering discipline, with 15 years of full-time education.
- Hands-on experience with DELMIA Apriso, including LES, MES, and WMS modules.
- Experience with SCADA, PL/SQL, JavaScript, C#, HTML, CSS, and responsive UI framework conversion.
- Database development experience with Oracle and PostgreSQL.
- Proficiency with JIRA and versioning tools.
- Strong understanding of OPC UA/DA, communication protocols, PLC integration, MES implementation, and ERP integration.
- Understanding of ITIL-based application maintenance and support operations and service governance.
- Prior manufacturing execution systems experience in automotive or industrial domains.
- Strong communication, analytical thinking, and collaboration skills; Apriso training certifications are a plus.
