Base Salary
$120k - $130k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop, deploy, and maintain mission-critical applications using Java, C++, and Go.
- Provide support and technical advice during the development and implementation phases.
- Engage with users to define system scope and objectives.
- Contribute to design decisions and system enhancements.
- Perform database programming using SQL.
- Implement test-driven development practices.
- Participate in Scrum/agile project lifecycle.
- Travel approximately 3 times per year to Latin America for project work.
Requirements
- U.S. Citizenship is required.
- DHS HQ EOD required to start; must obtain DHS HQ Final Suitability.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 5+ years of development experience.
- Experience with Java and/or C++ programming languages.
- Proficiency in GoLang and Java programming languages.
- Familiarity with DevOps tools such as Git, Jenkins, and Maven.
- Experience with Java Web Services, Spring Boot, and Java EE.
- Knowledge of web development, UI frameworks, HTML, and JavaScript.
- Experience in Agile development methodology.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
