Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts using Playwright with JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Perform API testing and test automation across systems and applications.
- Set up, configure, and maintain Jenkins jobs for automated test execution, reporting, and pipeline integration.
- Use Jira and Xray to support test planning, execution, and traceability.
- Collaborate with multiple teams, manage team execution, and contribute to technical and team decisions.
- Mentor junior team members and provide solutions to problems across immediate and partner teams.
- Gather stakeholder requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Identify and implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to improve software quality, delivery timelines, and team productivity.
- Apply AI-assisted testing capabilities to improve test coverage, efficiency, and quality outcomes.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience is required.
- Minimum 5 years of experience with Playwright is stated in the additional information.
- At least 6 years of experience in a similar QA or test automation engineering role.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience designing, developing, and maintaining automated test frameworks and scripts using Playwright with JavaScript/TypeScript.
- At least 5 years of experience working in Agile delivery environments.
- Proficiency in Playwright, Selenium, JavaScript/TypeScript, automated testing, and API testing.
- Hands-on experience with Jenkins and CI/CD pipeline integration.
- Experience with Jira, Xray, Git, and Bitbucket.
- Experience with AI-assisted testing capabilities and software development life cycle methodologies.
- Strong analytical, critical-thinking, communication, collaboration, and defect-identification skills.
- Business-level proficiency in written and spoken English.
- 15 years of full-time education.
