Responsibilities
- Design and execute robust automated test strategies for enterprise-scale software delivery.
- Build and maintain Java-based automation frameworks using Selenium, Appium, TestNG, and Cucumber.
- Create reusable libraries, utilities, page object models, feature files, step definitions, hooks, and automated test suites.
- Integrate automated testing into Jenkins and other continuous integration pipelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to communicate defects, risks, and mitigation plans.
- Apply Agile Scrum practices, use JIRA, document technical information, and support customer interactions.
- Apply pharmacy claims or healthcare domain knowledge to create realistic and compliant test scenarios where applicable.
Requirements
- Eight to twelve years of progressive experience in quality engineering focused on automation and continuous testing.
- Advanced Java programming skills, including reusable test libraries, utilities, and page object models.
- Deep hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver, including element strategies, synchronization, and cross-browser validation.
- Strong TestNG experience with annotations, data-driven testing, parallel execution, and reporting.
- Practical Cucumber experience with behavior-driven development, feature files, step definitions, and hooks.
- Working knowledge of Jenkins configuration, pipeline-as-code concepts, and continuous integration.
- Experience with Appium and automation frameworks such as TestNG or Cucumber.
- Strong communication, documentation, customer interaction, technical understanding, and project management skills.
- Experience with GitLab CI, JIRA, and Agile Scrum methodologies.
- Ability to use GitHub Copilot or similar coding assistants responsibly while maintaining code quality and maintainability.
- Pharmacy claims or broader healthcare domain knowledge is preferred.
