Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Salesforce Apex integrations for seamless data flow across systems.
- Implement and optimize scalable integration frameworks.
- Design integration solutions with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot integration issues and optimize system reliability and performance.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Create technical documentation for integration processes and workflows.
- Monitor system performance and address bottlenecks proactively.
- Mentor junior developers and collaborate with QA teams on integration testing.
Requirements
- 4–10 years of Salesforce development experience; the posting also cites 4–8 years for the recruitment drive.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce Apex Integration and Integration Framework.
- Experience designing and implementing scalable integration solutions.
- Knowledge of system troubleshooting and performance optimization.
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I or II certification is required.
- Integration Architecture Designer Certification is required.
- Life and Annuities Insurance domain knowledge is preferred.
- Strong communication, collaboration, analytical, documentation, and mentoring abilities.
