Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction and architectural design of custom software solutions.
- Lead teams through the software design, development, and delivery lifecycle.
- Establish development standards and best practices for software quality and maintainability.
- Make team decisions and provide solutions across immediate and multiple teams.
- Analyze complex technical problems and develop scalable, innovative solutions.
- Coordinate communication between cross-functional teams on project goals and deliverables.
- Mentor and support junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with One Identity Manager.
- Proficiency in One Identity Manager.
- Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and design patterns.
- Experience managing and leading software development teams.
- Ability to analyze complex technical problems and provide scalable solutions.
- Knowledge of performance optimization and software scalability.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- 15 years of full-time education.
