Responsibilities
- Design ERP solutions that reconcile client needs, workarounds, implementation constraints, and added value.
- Define implementation approaches while considering timelines, budgets, and the competitive landscape.
- Estimate workloads and determine the required project team.
- Write solution and project-approach sections for Avanade proposals.
- Prepare and lead demonstrations, support operational contract negotiations, and advocate for solutions with client teams and decision-makers.
- Lead scoping engagements and participate in project analysis phases.
- Animate and motivate proposal teams and communicate with executive and operational stakeholders.
Requirements
- More than 10 years of experience across multiple end-to-end ERP implementation projects.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform is desirable.
- Experience with presales and different ERP project implementation approaches.
- Leadership ability to lead and motivate proposal teams.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with stakeholders at all levels.
- Passion for ERP and the Microsoft ecosystem, collaborative work in an international environment, proactive learning, and customer-focused quality.
