Base Salary
$160k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and ship production-ready components directly in the codebase.
- Help define modern design-to-code workflows and replace traditional spec-based handoff.
- Use AI coding tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, or v0 at production velocity.
- Translate effectively between design and engineering disciplines.
- Implement accurate design tokens, component architecture, and polished product experiences.
- Collaborate on cross-functional teams and help shape processes in a fluid, fast-moving environment.
Requirements
- Fluency in both Figma and code, particularly React Native or React.
- Active production use of AI coding tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, v0, or similar tools.
- Fluency in design tokens, component architecture, and mapping design systems to code.
- Experience shipping on cross-functional teams where design and engineering overlap.
- Strong communication across design and engineering disciplines.
- A track record of operating in fluid environments and helping define how teams work.
- Familiarity with modern software engineering practices is helpful for ramping up on the company’s stack.
