Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Generate production-ready components directly from design.
- Utilize AI coding tools to enhance production velocity.
- Collaborate with the Design Systems Engineer to evolve the design platform.
- Work closely with the Creative Lead to bring visual work to production.
- Redefine traditional design-to-code handoff processes.
- Ensure precision in implementation and catch discrepancies.
Requirements
- Fluency in both Figma and code, particularly React Native or React.
- Active use of AI coding tools at production velocity.
- Understanding of design tokens and component architecture.
- Experience working on cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication skills between design and engineering.
- Ability to operate in fluid environments and help define team processes.
