Base Salary
$134k - $201k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and develop multimedia and AI frameworks spanning CPU, DSP, and NPU processors.
- Develop high-performance drivers and runtime libraries for DSP and AI hardware.
- Profile and optimize system performance for low latency and low power.
- Collaborate with hardware, tools, and firmware teams on processor design trade-offs and custom features.
- Integrate and test software on target devices and support OEM customers and partners during commercialization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field and 2+ years of relevant engineering experience; alternatively, a master's degree with 1+ year of experience or a PhD in a related field.
- 2+ years of experience with high-performance microprocessor design.
- Significant experience with C/C++ programming, real-time operating systems, driver development, and computer architecture.
- Experience optimizing software on resource-constrained platforms.
- Experience with PCIe or Windows MCDM/WDDM driver stacks is preferred.
