Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of advanced machine learning models and algorithms.
- Optimize models for performance and scalability.
- Collect, preprocess, analyze, validate, and manage large datasets.
- Train, test, validate, evaluate, and tune AI models.
- Integrate AI models into existing systems and oversee production deployment and monitoring.
- Collaborate with technical teams, product managers, business stakeholders, and other leaders to gather requirements and deliver AI solutions.
- Research emerging AI methodologies, technologies, and best practices.
- Document models, processes, and workflows and prepare project reports and presentations.
- Manage multiple AI projects and communicate complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
- Master’s or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field, or a bachelor’s degree with a minimum of five years of experience.
- Proven experience as an AI Engineer, Machine Learning Engineer, or in a similar role.
- Experience developing and deploying machine learning models and AI systems.
- Proficiency in Python, R, or Java.
- Strong knowledge of TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
- Experience with natural language processing, computer vision, and other AI techniques.
- Familiarity with Hadoop, Spark, AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools including Azure DevOps and Scrum.
- Preferred: relevant AI, machine learning, or data science certifications, such as the TensorFlow Developer Certificate, AWS Certified Machine Learning or AI Practitioner, or Azure AI Engineer certification.
