Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Own the design and implementation of complex full stack features across front-end, back-end, APIs, and data layers.
- Lead technical design and solution architecture for scalable, maintainable enterprise systems.
- Build accessible, performant user interfaces and secure backend services supporting enterprise workflows and AI-enabled journeys.
- Set engineering standards through design reviews, code reviews, testing, documentation, and maintainability practices.
- Design cloud-native architectures and own CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, automated testing, release controls, and production operations.
- Troubleshoot complex full stack issues, lead root cause analysis, and improve monitoring, alerting, logging, reliability, and cost awareness.
- Integrate AI/ML capabilities, evaluation controls, telemetry, safe failure modes, and human-in-the-loop review into applications.
- Design database and data-platform integrations, efficient data access patterns, and recurring processes for monitoring, analytics, and insights.
- Embed security, privacy, compliance, identity and access controls, audit logging, and data protection into system design.
- Collaborate with product owners, audit stakeholders, designers, AI teams, data engineers, security teams, and platform partners while shaping technical roadmaps.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience; a master’s degree is preferred.
- At least 7 years of experience delivering enterprise full stack web applications and APIs in cloud environments, including production ownership.
- Experience operating as a senior or lead engineer, driving technical design decisions and mentoring other engineers.
- Proficiency with React, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Strong experience building backend services and RESTful APIs with Node.js, with exposure to Python and/or Java frameworks.
- Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases, data modeling, and efficient data access patterns.
- Hands-on experience with AWS and/or Azure, including compute, storage, messaging, and observability services.
- Experience with Kubernetes or managed container services, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and release management.
- Experience integrating AI/ML capabilities through APIs, orchestration, evaluation gating, and monitoring.
- Proficiency with Git and collaborative development practices including code reviews.
- Preferred experience includes Databricks or other data lakehouse platforms, Internal Audit/Risk/Finance functions, distributed systems, high-availability production applications, enterprise identity and zero-trust architectures, advanced security controls, and Azure/AWS certifications.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, continuous learning, secure coding, compliance, reliability, performance, and maintainability capabilities.
