Responsibilities
- Design custom HTML5/CSS3/JavaScript frontends from UI/UX wireframes.
- Design stable and secure web applications and APIs.
- Implement backend and frontend features and customize and optimize existing products.
- Integrate web application features with external services and APIs, including payment vendors and Google and Microsoft services.
- Develop and maintain reusable PHP/Laravel code and efficient database structures and queries.
- Manage Docker containers and work with Ansible automations, networking, and VPN configuration.
Requirements
- Minimum three years of web development experience.
- Strong experience creating and working with RESTful web services and using Git for version control.
- Excellent object-oriented PHP coding, monitoring, and auditing skills.
- Proficiency in Laravel or another PHP framework.
- Strong model design, database structure, and SQL querying skills.
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
- Extensive hands-on experience with JavaScript frameworks such as Vue.js, Backbone.js, Underscore.js, or Require.js.
- Ability to work with JavaScript patterns.
- Working knowledge of Ansible automation and Docker containers.
- Knowledge of general networking and VPN configuration.
- Ability to collaborate effectively, explain decision-making, assess ROI in specifications, and contribute to a reusable codebase.
