Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable frontend applications for enterprise and industrial environments.
- Translate business and operational requirements into efficient, user-friendly interfaces.
- Optimize rendering, state management, and data loading for high application performance.
- Collaborate with backend teams to integrate APIs and ensure robust data communication.
- Work with large datasets and information from APIs, SAP, ERP systems, and industrial platforms.
- Define and improve user flows with a focus on usability and process efficiency.
- Apply UX/UI principles, design systems, reusable components, and visual consistency standards.
- Implement error handling, logging, monitoring, and production troubleshooting.
- Support digital transformation initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional global teams.
- Maintain compliance with corporate security, governance, and code-quality standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of frontend development experience in enterprise, industrial, or corporate environments.
- Proven experience delivering production-ready applications rather than only proofs of concept or academic projects.
- Advanced expertise in React, TypeScript, JavaScript ES6+, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Strong understanding of frontend architecture, component design, and state management.
- Experience designing and consuming APIs and working with SQL databases and data querying.
- Experience with Git, GitHub, or Azure DevOps.
- Ability to translate Figma and Adobe XD designs into scalable, functional components.
- Strong understanding of design systems, user experience principles, usability, performance, error handling, and user feedback states.
- Strong cross-functional and global collaboration experience and advanced English proficiency.
- Preferred experience with SAP, industrial data sources, Industry 4.0, digital manufacturing, Azure, AWS, GCP, deployment pipelines, and environment management.
- Portfolio or examples of previous work are highly preferred.
