Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable frontend applications for enterprise and industrial environments.
- Translate business and operational requirements into efficient, user-friendly interfaces.
- Optimize rendering, state management, data loading, and overall application performance.
- Collaborate with backend teams to integrate APIs and ensure robust data communication.
- Integrate data from APIs, ERP systems, and industrial platforms, including large datasets.
- Define and improve user flows, usability, and operational process efficiency.
- Apply UX/UI principles and maintain design systems, reusable components, and visual consistency.
- Implement error handling, logging, monitoring, and production reliability improvements.
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement changes without disrupting operations.
- Ensure compliance with corporate security, governance, and code quality standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of frontend development experience in enterprise, industrial, or corporate environments.
- Proven experience delivering production-ready applications rather than only proofs of concept or academic projects.
- Advanced expertise in React, TypeScript, JavaScript ES6+, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Strong understanding of frontend architecture, component design, and state management.
- Experience designing and consuming REST APIs.
- Experience with SQL databases and querying, including SQL Server, Azure SQL, or PostgreSQL.
- Experience with Git, GitHub, or Azure DevOps.
- Ability to translate Figma or Adobe XD designs into scalable functional components.
- Knowledge of UX principles, design systems, reusable components, usability, performance, error handling, and user feedback states.
- Strong cross-functional and global collaboration experience.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Portfolio or previous work samples are highly preferred.
- Experience with SAP, industrial data sources, Industry 4.0, digital manufacturing, cloud platforms, CI/CD, deployment pipelines, and environment management is preferred.
