Responsibilities
- Translate complex customer requirements into actionable technical backlogs for development teams.
- Architect custom services and integrations that support seamless Rossum product adoption.
- Evaluate technical decisions in the context of business impact and customer needs.
- Identify security risks and ensure designs follow best security practices.
- Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders to align on solutions and their impact.
- Own the design of custom integrations and identify strategic architectural improvements across client environments.
Requirements
- Technical architecture and integration experience with an ex-programmer mindset and interest in high-level design problems.
- Ability to solve complex problems, connect customer needs to technical solutions, and communicate designs clearly to developers.
- Strong curiosity and communication skills for uncovering customer pain points.
- Sensitivity to user experience and the effects of design decisions on end users.
- Familiarity with Python, REST APIs, Flask or Django, PostgreSQL, or Kubernetes is preferred.
