Professional Services Engineer
Pure StorageResponsibilities
- Configure Inventa software for customer business needs and use cases and drive adoption.
- Guide customers through technical setup, configuration, and integration.
- Connect Inventa to on-premises and cloud databases, file storage, SaaS applications, data lakes, and other applications.
- Integrate external systems with Everpure Data Intelligence using APIs and understand the product architecture.
- Troubleshoot connectivity, permissions, resource utilization, and other technical issues.
- Report project status accurately, establish success criteria, and manage customer expectations.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, FAQs, and knowledge base articles.
- Share customer insights with sales, customer success, and product teams to improve processes and product usability.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in technical success or customer-facing implementations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose complex systems and APIs.
- Excellent communication skills for explaining technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience with system and data administration, Kubernetes, Helm, Python, PowerShell, regex, and regulatory compliance.
