Responsibilities
- Translate business, functional, and non-functional requirements into scalable agentic AI architectures.
- Advise C-suite stakeholders and create technical AI roadmaps for financial-services clients.
- Design memory architectures, compliant multi-agent systems, and tool or skill workbenches.
- Design and oversee tracing, monitoring, and evaluation systems for Agentic AI.
- Define and guide implementation of AI guardrails and security measures with Risk Management and Compliance.
- Create reusable patterns, reference architectures, accelerators, methodologies, and technical documentation.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in the architecture and delivery of AI solutions in finance.
- Experience with Agent Builder, M365, PowerBI Copilot, and Cowork.
- Deep understanding of Azure AI Foundry, Databricks, Copilot Studio, and Cowork.
- Proficiency in AgentOps in common cloud environments, with Azure preferred.
- Knowledge of MCP/API-first development practices and traditional service-based architecture.
- Experience with tracing, monitoring, and evaluation systems such as Langfuse or Weights & Biases.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms and experience designing cloud-based AI solutions.
- Understanding of AI governance principles and practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and fluency in English.
- Experience in Asset Management or Investment Banking and German fluency are preferred.
