Responsibilities
- Own the technical architecture and end-to-end lifecycle of OEM solutions involving Everpure, OEM partners, and third-party technology alliances.
- Develop and maintain documented reference architectures integrating Everpure storage with full-stack OEM solution components.
- Lead certification, interoperability testing, architecture reviews, technical governance, and escalation processes.
- Translate OEM and end-customer requirements into architecture specifications, technical direction, and engineering backlogs.
- Diagnose and help resolve complex integration issues across OEM, alliance, and Everpure technology stacks.
- Create reference designs, solution briefs, and technical documentation for Sales, Alliances, and OEM partner teams.
- Assess technical feasibility and help define strategy for future embedded and OEM opportunities.
- Represent Everpure in technical alliance forums, architecture reviews, and partner advisory sessions.
Requirements
- 7+ years of relevant experience in solution architecture, technical alliance management, or systems engineering.
- Strong knowledge of full-stack infrastructure architectures and platforms, with AI infrastructure and data management experience preferred.
- Experience with Red Hat OpenShift and virtualization or container platforms such as VMware vSphere, Nutanix AHV, KVM, or Kubernetes.
- Experience managing technical alliance relationships, joint roadmaps, certification programs, technical governance, and OEM or technology partner engagements.
- Experience aligning Engineering, Product, Alliances, Sales, and partner technical teams in highly matrixed organizations.
- Experience managing solution lifecycles across OEM partners, third-party alliances, and internal Product and Engineering organizations.
- Direct experience with strategic partners or OEMs; exposure to Nokia, Cisco, or Siemens Healthineers is a plus.
- Ability to drive technical alignment without direct authority and communicate complex technical concepts to engineering and executive audiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications such as Red Hat Certified Architect or VMware VCAP are a plus.
