Responsibilities

Design, implement, and optimize monitoring and observability solutions across applications, infrastructure, and networks.
Gather customer requirements, design solution architectures, and deliver tailored implementations.
Integrate monitoring tools into on-premise, cloud, and hybrid environments.
Work with metrics, logs, and distributed traces and correlate them for troubleshooting.
Advise customers on availability, performance, reliability, and operations best practices.
Create technical documentation and transfer knowledge to customer teams.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or another related field.
Broad technological background with the ability to work across multiple IT stack layers.
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
Hands-on knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems.
Familiarity with Java, .NET, Python, and Node.js.
Understanding of HTTP/S, REST APIs, web servers, and application architectures.
Understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, load balancing, and firewalling.
Strong analytical, communication, and consulting skills.
Czech or Slovak language communication is required.
Experience with monitoring and observability tools, including APM, infrastructure monitoring, and log management.
Knowledge of AWS, Azure, and GCP.
Professional Services background and scripting or automation skills with Bash, PowerShell, and Python.
