Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable, secure IT solutions using Salesforce and surrounding systems.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into detailed technical specifications.
- Support technology evaluation, feasibility studies, and prototype development.
- Coordinate integration of new systems into the existing IT landscape.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and communicate solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Perform code reviews and technical audits to ensure solution quality.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in IT architecture and solution design with Salesforce products such as Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Datacloud.
- Strong knowledge of software development, databases, networking, and cloud technologies.
- Experience with agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Deep expertise in the offer-to-order process.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork abilities.
- Fluent business English; German is advantageous.
- Certifications such as AWS, Azure, TOGAF, or SAFe are highly desirable.
- Retail industry knowledge is a plus.
