Responsibilities
- Translate complex customer requirements into actionable technical backlogs for development teams.
- Architect custom services and integrations for seamless product adoption.
- Contextualize technical decisions according to business impact and customer needs.
- Identify security risks and ensure designs follow security best practices throughout delivery.
- Partner with internal departments and external stakeholders to align on solutions and their impact.
- Own the design of initial custom integrations and identify strategic architectural improvements.
Requirements
- Senior solution architecture experience with an ex-programmer mindset and the ability to solve high-level design problems.
- Ability to connect complex requirements and communicate designs clearly to developers.
- Strong curiosity, communication, and customer-discovery skills.
- Ability to consider how design decisions affect end users.
- Familiarity with Python, REST APIs, Flask or Django, PostgreSQL, or Kubernetes is a significant plus.
