Responsibilities
- Design, code, and enhance custom software components across systems and applications.
- Design and execute Selenium-based automated test scripts to support software quality and reliability.
- Integrate Selenium with testing frameworks and continuous integration tools.
- Debug and troubleshoot automated test failures.
- Act as a subject matter expert, collaborate with and manage the team, and make team-level decisions.
- Contribute to decisions across multiple teams and implement process improvements.
- Mentor junior team members and coordinate cross-functional communication.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with Selenium.
- Proficiency in Selenium and experience designing and executing automated test scripts.
- Knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to integrate Selenium with testing frameworks and continuous integration tools.
- Familiarity with debugging automated test failures and understanding web technologies and browser behavior.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
