Responsibilities
- Technically direct multidisciplinary squads in building scalable and resilient solutions.
- Discuss architecture with the Architecture team and propose and support engineering alternatives.
- Lead technical refinements, code reviews, and continuous application evolution.
- Promote engineering best practices, quality, security, and observability.
- Drive the use of artificial intelligence throughout the development lifecycle.
- Serve as a technical reference for full-stack developers and specialists.
- Partner with Product Owners, architects, and business leadership.
Requirements
- Solid experience in full-stack development with a strong Java foundation.
- Experience with microservices architecture and distributed applications.
- Experience acting as a technical reference for agile squads.
- Ability to influence technical decisions and defend positions with architecture stakeholders.
- Use of artificial intelligence incorporated into the engineering routine.
- Backend experience with Java, Spring Boot, Kafka, and microservices.
- Frontend experience with TypeScript, modern frameworks, and microfrontend architecture.
- Experience with Azure, Kubernetes, OpenShift, Docker, GitHub Enterprise, and GitHub Actions.
- Experience with applied AI Engineering, legacy-system modernization, financial or large-scale platforms, or engineering productivity initiatives and DORA metrics is a differentiator.
