Responsibilities
- Improve CI/CD processes, implement CI pipelines, and manage CD tools.
- Implement and enhance monitoring and alerting systems.
- Design, deploy, and maintain highly available systems.
- Develop tools that reduce errors and improve user experience.
- Develop troubleshooting and system maintenance procedures.
- Complete assigned tasks according to established procedures, policies, and management instructions.
- Maintain the confidentiality of company data.
Requirements
- Experience with Linux systems based on RHEL and basic Bash scripting skills.
- Knowledge of HAProxy, Nginx, Ingress, MetalLB, and Keepalived.
- Knowledge of ETCD, Redis with Sentinel, Kafka, and RabbitMQ.
- Knowledge of Ansible, Git, and GitLab.
- Knowledge of Docker, Dockerfile, Docker Compose, Docker networking, images, and image layers.
- Knowledge of Docker and containerd as container runtimes.
- Knowledge of Weave Net, Flannel, and Calico for container networking.
- Knowledge of GlusterFS and Ceph for container storage.
- Knowledge of Kubernetes, Helm charts, and Helm operators.
- Knowledge of Velero, Restic, and Kopia backup tools.
- Knowledge of GitLab Registry, Docker Registry, and Nexus.
- Knowledge of GitLab CI and CD tooling such as GitLab, Helm Operator, and FluxCD.
- Knowledge of Prometheus, Grafana, Zabbix, and ELK/EFK logging systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and similar software.
- Readiness to work from the Baku office.
