Responsibilities
- Develop complex GPU software validation tools, automated tests, and AI solutions at scale.
- Validate kernel-mode drivers, memory managers, virtualization graphics, and compute applications.
- Participate in architecture, design, simulation, development, validation, debugging, and product-launch activities from pre-silicon through post-silicon.
- Define validation strategies and test plans, automate testing, and drive issue debugging and resolution.
- Work across hardware and software architecture teams and collaborate with OS, BIOS, hardware, customer engineering, and graphics software teams.
- Apply generative AI technologies to domain-specific validation content and information-retrieval or agentic workflows.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science with 8+ years of software development or validation experience, or a master’s degree with 7+ years of experience.
- Hands-on experience with C, C++, Python, or other scripting languages.
- Proficiency with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, or scikit-learn.
- Experience defining validation strategies and test plans, developing automated tests, and debugging issues.
- Strong experience with graphics drivers, GPU hardware, and low-level GPU programming.
- Understanding of generative AI and LLMs such as Claude, GPT, and Opus, including training models for information retrieval and agentic or skill-workflow applications.
- Experience with hardware/software product development teams and the ability to understand relevant Intel Graphics hardware specifications.
- Preferred experience with kernel-mode drivers, power management, memory management, schedulers, virtualization, operating-system concepts, and related driver components.
- Preferred familiarity with RAG customization, model fine-tuning, retrieval re-ranking, hierarchical node parsing, LoRA, PEFT, prompt engineering, pipelines, and agentic or skill-based workflow automation.
- Strong technical attention to detail, data analysis, documentation, communication, collaboration, problem solving, and ability to work across geographical locations.
