Responsibilities

Support Agency Systems applications through the full software development lifecycle using .NET/C#, Visual Studio, Oracle, and SQL Server.
Research, design, define, develop, test, document, and implement new automations or changes to existing automations.
Create and maintain automation scripts and data-testing artifacts in collaboration with testing, development, and project teams.
Support information security, risk assessment, access management, service management, project management, and business application activities.
Participate in project meetings, training support, testing, troubleshooting, IT work, and organizational activities.
Analyze processing problems, collaborate with IT and business associates, and recommend or implement solutions.
Provide desk-side technical support, deployment services, asset installation, inventory control, and on-site or remote diagnosis.
Document processes, procedures, and other knowledge-management deliverables.

Currently pursuing or working toward a bachelor’s degree.
Strong collaboration and teamwork skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the capacity to learn new concepts and make informed decisions.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Professional demeanor in demanding situations.
Self-motivated ability to manage multiple deadlines with minimal supervision.
Proven ability to complete tasks accurately and on time.
Ability to work at a desk for extended periods and perform continuous computer work involving the wrists, hands, and fingers.
Ability to communicate information accurately, prepare written correspondence, and apply logical reasoning to analyze problems and data.

Full-year 2027 internship opportunity with hands-on experience across software development and information technology.
Office-based work setting with occasional extended hours during peak workloads or special projects and events.
No travel required.
