Responsibilities
- Support Agency Systems applications through the full software development lifecycle using .NET/C#, Visual Studio, Oracle, and SQL Server.
- Research, design, define, develop, test, document, and implement new automations or changes to existing automations.
- Create and maintain automation scripts and data-testing artifacts in collaboration with testing, development, and project teams.
- Support information security, risk assessment, access management, service management, project management, and business application activities.
- Participate in project meetings, training support, testing, troubleshooting, IT work, and organizational activities.
- Analyze processing problems, collaborate with IT and business associates, and recommend or implement solutions.
- Provide desk-side technical support, deployment services, asset installation, inventory control, and on-site or remote diagnosis.
- Document processes, procedures, and other knowledge-management deliverables.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or working toward a bachelor’s degree.
- Strong collaboration and teamwork skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the capacity to learn new concepts and make informed decisions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional demeanor in demanding situations.
- Self-motivated ability to manage multiple deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Proven ability to complete tasks accurately and on time.
- Ability to work at a desk for extended periods and perform continuous computer work involving the wrists, hands, and fingers.
- Ability to communicate information accurately, prepare written correspondence, and apply logical reasoning to analyze problems and data.
