Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Drive the enhancement of Agentic AI security capabilities for continuous detection and posture management of sensitive data.
- Improve the Agentic AI platform to support major cloud infrastructures and new AI-centric technologies.
- Provide technical leadership throughout all project phases from planning to delivery.
- Contribute to product development by understanding customer requirements and implementing features.
- Support customers by investigating and resolving production issues.
- Enhance processes to balance agility, cost, and reliability.
- Collaborate with teams across different geographies.
Requirements
- 14+ years of software development experience with enterprise-grade software.
- Experience in building scalable, high-performance cloud services.
- Expert coding skills in Scala or Java.
- Development experience on cloud platforms including AWS.
- Deep knowledge of databases and data warehouses (OLTP, OLAP).
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Cybersecurity experience and adversarial thinking is a plus.
- Expertise in building REST APIs.
- Experience with cloud-based AI services and vector databases is a plus.
- BSCS or equivalent required; MSCS or equivalent strongly preferred.
