Responsibilities

Design AI workflows that interpret and reason over construction data, including drawings, specifications, contracts, and schedules.
Deploy and integrate CONXAI’s agentic AI platform into customer environments and adapt it to construction workflows.
Write code, prototype features, and build bespoke configurations addressing immediate customer needs.
Serve as a technical liaison between customers and the engineering team, converting product gaps into technical specifications.
Test and validate AI outputs against construction industry standards for practical reliability.

Completed or final-stage Master’s degree in architecture, civil or structural engineering, construction management, mechanical engineering, computational design, building information technology, industrial design, informatics, or a related field.
Hands-on experience with real CAD or drawing environments, including understanding how drawing sets are produced, marked up, shared, and used on live projects.
Demonstrated coding experience through a thesis pipeline, script, repository, or other tool that was built and used.
Experience using agentic coding or similar AI tools effectively and critically.
Ability to identify user and product problems, prioritize what to build, and understand construction drawings, specifications, schedules, and bills of quantities.
Professional-level English communication; German language skills are highly desired.

Hands-on experience with applied AI and agentic workflows in construction technology.
Work on named customer projects using real data in live production workflows.
Mentorship from global ML engineers, software developers, and experienced industry practitioners.
The internship is intended as a pathway to a permanent role for strong performers.
