Contract Staff AI Engineer [LLM-Powered RAG & Agents] (24 months)

- Act as a technical expert in agentic RAG, agent orchestration, agent harness engineering, and emerging AI capabilities.
- Prototype and develop GenAI-powered solutions across web, desktop, and digital workplace platforms.
- Design and optimize agent ecosystems involving workflows, multi-agent collaboration, tool integration, memory management, retrieval systems, and orchestration patterns.
- Use agent harness platforms and evaluation frameworks for experimentation, benchmarking, observability, guardrails, testing, and continuous improvement.
- Conduct research, innovation, and proof-of-concept activities to assess AI technologies, frameworks, and agent architectures.
- Translate research findings into scalable and reusable enterprise AI solutions.
Requirements
- A master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or equivalent is required.
- Exposure to Generative AI, AI agents, agentic RAG, and large language models is required.
- Knowledge of Gemini Enterprise and Gemini Agent Platform is expected.
- Familiarity with LangGraph, Google ADK, MCP, and A2A is expected.
- Understanding of agent orchestration, agent harnesses, evaluation frameworks, observability, agent lifecycle management, enterprise systems, and knowledge-source integration is required.
- Experience with Python development, Git, CI/CD pipelines, API integration, and RESTful services is required.
- Good knowledge of Kubernetes or OpenShift is required.
- React, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS experience for AI-powered web applications and agent interfaces is advantageous.
- The role requires initiative, structured and methodical working habits, teamwork, cross-cultural collaboration, and customer and result orientation.
