Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Solution Engineers, Account Executives, Salesforce leaders, and customers to understand requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
- Create and present product demonstrations showcasing Salesforce capabilities and addressing customer needs.
- Develop proof-of-concept solutions and participate in workshops, discovery sessions, and customer meetings.
- Research industry trends, customer challenges, and competitor solutions for presentations and proposals.
- Create sales collateral, including slide decks, demo scripts, and documentation.
- Optimize internal processes and tools that improve Solution Engineering team efficiency.
- Build expertise in Salesforce products including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Agentforce, and Data Cloud.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, with graduation in Winter 2027 or Spring 2028.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with creative thinking ability.
- Excellent communication, presentation, storytelling, and technical explanation skills.
- Interest in technology, customer-centric solutions, pre-sales, or consultative roles.
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms is a plus but not required.
- Familiarity with cloud computing and SaaS technologies is preferred.
- Basic understanding of JavaScript, Apex, or SQL is preferred.
- Proficiency in Google Slides is preferred.
