Summer 2027 Intern - Solution Engineer
InformaticaResponsibilities
- Collaborate with Solution Engineers, Account Executives, Salesforce leaders, and customers to understand requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
- Assist with creating and presenting product demonstrations that showcase Salesforce capabilities.
- Research industry trends, customer challenges, and competitor solutions for presentations and proposals.
- Support the development of proof-of-concept solutions.
- Participate in workshops, discovery sessions, and customer meetings.
- Create sales collateral such as slide decks, demo scripts, and documentation.
- Help optimize internal processes and tools for the Solution Engineering team.
- Develop expertise in Salesforce products including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Agentforce, and Data Cloud.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, with graduation in Winter 2027 or Spring 2028.
- Passion for technology and customer-centric solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and creative thinking.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms is a plus but not required.
- Interest in pre-sales or consultative roles.
- Familiarity with cloud computing and SaaS technologies is preferred.
- Basic understanding of JavaScript, Apex, or SQL is preferred.
- Proficiency in Google Slides is preferred.
