Responsibilities
- Define, govern, and execute the multi-year technical vision and architectural roadmap across the full application lifecycle.
- Establish enterprise-wide design patterns, API contracts, micro-frontend and microservices blueprints, and code governance standards.
- Conduct deep design reviews, author architectural decision records, resolve systemic performance bottlenecks, and write critical reference code.
- Architect full-stack frameworks supporting Adaptive Applications and agentic AI workflows in enterprise applications.
- Collaborate with product leadership, engineering directors, DevOps/SRE, and Senior Staff Engineers on scalable architectures.
- Mentor Senior Staff, Principal, and Lead Engineers and drive engineering excellence across multiple feature pods.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- 14+ years of hands-on software development experience.
- 5+ years acting as a Technical Architect or System Architect overseeing multi-team systems.
- Advanced mastery of modern web frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js, along with micro-frontends, design systems, state management, and web performance optimization.
- Deep expertise in distributed systems, REST/GraphQL APIs, event-driven designs, and runtimes such as Java, Node.js, Python, or Go.
- Extensive experience with relational and NoSQL databases, message brokers such as Kafka or RabbitMQ, and cloud-native architecture on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Expertise in data structures, system design, security using OAuth/OIDC, CI/CD automation, and high-availability design.
- Strong strategic thinking, executive judgment, organizational leadership, multi-year technical ownership, and the ability to influence company-wide technology decisions.
