Base Salary
$230k - $265k/yr
Responsibilities
- Ship polished user experiences and own the APIs, data models, and backend services behind them.
- Partner with Product and Design to shape roadmap decisions and improve the user experience.
- Make technical decisions, contribute to architecture and design, and participate in design reviews.
- Improve code quality, systems, and team processes while mentoring other engineers.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience building and shipping user-facing products, including owning projects from scoping through execution.
- Experience working across the stack, including production-quality UIs in React, APIs, databases, and backend debugging.
- Strong product and user-experience judgment, including the ability to reason through edge cases and unexpected user behavior.
- Experience contributing to abstractions, architecture, and maintainable software patterns.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with Engineering, Product, and Design.
