Base Salary
$230k - $265k/yr
Responsibilities
- Ship polished user experiences and own the APIs, data models, and backend services.
- Develop strong product context to inform roadmap decisions and improve user experience.
- Make sound technical decisions and contribute to architecture and design.
- Participate in design reviews and collaborate with Engineering on tradeoffs.
- Improve code quality, systems, and team processes while mentoring other engineers.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience building and shipping user-facing products.
- Experience owning projects end-to-end from scoping through execution.
- Proficient in building production-quality UIs in React and APIs.
- Strong understanding of databases and debugging backend systems.
- Ability to reason about user experience and edge cases.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with Engineering, Product, and Design.
