Responsibilities
- Provide technical and subject-matter leadership to an agile development team without disciplinary management responsibility.
- Develop and enhance modern backend applications using Python.
- Design and implement cloud-native microservice solutions.
- Contribute to defining and evolving the target architecture.
- Develop high-performance REST APIs with FastAPI.
- Implement event-driven applications with Apache Kafka.
- Deploy and operate containerized applications on OpenShift and Kubernetes platforms.
Requirements
- At least eight years of practical professional software development experience.
- Several years of experience as a Senior Developer, Technical Lead, or Lead Engineer.
- Very strong knowledge of Python and modern Python frameworks, especially FastAPI.
- Extensive experience developing and operating microservice architectures.
- Several years of experience with Kubernetes and OpenShift.
- Very good German language skills at C1/C2 level and good English skills.
