Responsibilities
- Build and co-design adaptive algorithms that continuously learn from product signals and feedback.
- Explore methods for capturing feedback to improve algorithm performance.
- Collaborate across software, hardware, and algorithmic domains to improve system-wide efficiency.
- Measure algorithm value through real-world product impact.
Requirements
- A degree in a computer science field or equivalent research/engineering experience.
- At least one project involving model efficiency, synthetic data, interfaces, real-time alignment, or algorithmic optimization.
- Systems-thinking ability across the full machine-learning stack.
- Strong Python skills and experience with PyTorch, JAX, or TensorFlow.
- Familiarity with reinforcement learning from human feedback and fine-tuning techniques.
- Strong communication, adaptability, collaboration, and openness to feedback.
